Join SCM for our annual celebration of grandparents and the important roles they play in our lives and our community. This outdoor event includes themed activities, art projects, vendors and more. The museum will be closed for the event but will open for play at 12pm. Event registrants are welcome to stay and play for a reduced admission price.
Butterflies are limited—advanced purchase is required. Butterfly purchases are non-refundable. You will receive your butterfly during this event.
Important note: Our butterflies are locally sourced, raised, and handled with the best care. The butterflies are released back into the environment that they already exist in. After a release, the butterflies will live the rest of their natural lives in the wild.
