Every November, SCM offers a variety of activities in celebration of Día de los Muertos. This year we are inviting our community to join us for an evening event over two days to explore the cultural practices and traditions surrounding this holiday. 

Join us on November 1st and 2nd from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. for two evenings of Dia de los Muertos celebrations for the whole family. This event is free and all ages are welcome, and registration is required.

    • Decorate “calaveras de azúcar” (sugar skulls) (pre registration only, $10 each)
    • Add to our remembrance ofrenda
    • Taste pan de muerto from a local bakery
    • Enjoy Agua Fresca at Leo’s Lemonade Stand
    • Face painting
    • Hands-on craft activities
    • Shop for specialty merchandise
    • Museum play!
