Celebrate with SCM! A birthday party for up 30 guests includes an hour in a private party room followed by museum play.
Your Birthday Party Includes:
- Up to 30 guests. Adults and children over one are counted toward your total.
- One hour in our private party room, then free play in the museum until we close.
- 10 min early arrival for party host/parent to set up.
- Birthday craft for all the children in your party.
- T-shirt for the birthday child.
- A Birthday Attendant who will facilitate the birthday craft, direct your guests to the party room as they arrive, help sing “Happy Birthday”, take a group picture, and assist with anything else you may need.

Members, please note that in order to receive your discount or reserve a member exclusive spot, you will be prompted to sign in at the top right of your screen on the next page. Your discount will be applied during the last step of your reservation process.
Food & Drink
Daytime Parties (Sat. & Sun., 10:30 and 1:00 start times)
- Food: We do not allow snacks or food, including but not limited to pizza and chips.
- Drinks: No juice or soda. The museum provides water.
- Dessert: We welcome cupcakes, cake pops, or similar individual servings of dessert for your celebration. No sheet cakes.
Member-Exclusive Parties (Sat. and Sun., 9:00 – 10:00)
- Food: We welcome pizza only.
- Drink: We welcome juice boxes or pouches. The museum provides water.
- Dessert: We welcome cupcakes, cake pops, or similar individual servings of dessert for your celebration. No sheet cakes.
- Breakfast Items: We welcome donuts, muffins, or something similar.
Cancelation Policy
- Refund requests made less than 7 days prior to the reservation will be subject to a $50 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date.
- In case of cancellation, you may reschedule your reservation for a future date at no extra cost, dates subject to availability.
