Sacramento Children’s Museum Online Purchase Policy:
- All online sales are final.
- If you think there has been a processing error, please contact info@sackids.org within 1 week of your purchase.
- All online purchase orders require a valid email address to receive any eTickets, promotions, merchandise, and/or receipts associated with your order.
- Orders are subject to acceptance and payment must be received before services are rendered.
- Sacramento Children’s Museum reserves the right to refuse service and remove a customer who has prepaid for a ticket provided the refusal is based on a legitimate, non-discriminatory reason such as disruptive behavior, safety concerns, or violation of museum policies. Refunds must be requested in writing to info@sackids.org within one week of the refusal of entry.
